Viewing and Editing a Registration
To access and modify registration details in Test Management, users must have the appropriate permissions. The "Registration Search/View" permission is required to access Test Management and view existing registrations. To create or edit registrations,
users must have the "Registration - Add/Edit" permission. If you are unable to complete these tasks, please contact your District Test Coordinator.
Before making any changes, it is important to confirm that you are editing the correct registration. When you click into a registration from the View Registrations page, you can view the assigned students, assessments, test ticket usernames and passwords,
accommodations, status, start dates, and completion dates for each student.

Changing a Student's Registration
For WIDA Screener Online, students in the first semester of the lowest grade in a cluster may test one grade-level cluster below their current grade. For example, a fourth-grade student in the first semester may test in the 2-3 grade-level cluster.
Do not change the student's grade when assigning them to the correct Screener registration in this situation. When adding a student in Test Management you will be prompted to choose the grade-level cluster. If the student was part of a Student
Import and was placed in the grade-level cluster for their current grade, then you must remove the student from the current registration and add that student to a registration for the grade-level cluster you wish for that student to take.
Your state or district may have specific policies on which assessment you may administer. Contact your District Test Coordinator or refer to your member/state page on the WIDA website for your state-specific policies on identification and placement.
WIDA ACCESS students in grades 4-12 who will handwrite their writing response instead of using a keyboard must be placed into Writing (HW) assessment registrations.
To move a student to a different registration, you should remove the student from their current registration and then add them to the new registration. If you are unable to add the student to the new registration, confirm that the student's grade
level is correct for the registration.
