Updating Accommodations for Multiple Students

There are two methods for editing accommodations to multiple students at once. The method you choose depends on whether you have Import Management permissions. If you do not have access to Import Management, please contact your District Test Coordinator.

Update Accommodations via Student Import File

If you want to update accommodations using the Student Import File, please see Updating Multiple Student Records.

Update Accommodations in Student Management

  1. Select Student Management from the WIDA AMS My Applications menu.

  2. Confirm your Academic Session, then select a site by clicking Select a Site ... 

  3. Select the appropriate Testing Program from the filter on the left side of the screen.

  4. Once the student list populates, use the filters to narrow your selection so you can easily make your multiple student selections.

  5. Use the checkboxes to select multiple students, then click the Update Accommodations button.

  6. Choose the button to Assign or Remove Accommodations.

  7. You may search for specific accommodations, or scroll through the list to find your selection. Once you find the appropriate accommodation (s), use the checkboxes to indicate your selection(s). 

  8. Click Update to apply the accommodation updates to the selected student(s).
