Register a Student for an Engagement Rubric (ER) Form

To register a student for an Engagement Rubric (ER) Form, Test Administrators should do the following:

  1. Click Select a Site … and select your school by searching for your school’s name or code.
    Note
    : Once a site is selected, the button changes to Change Site
  2. On the Existing Student(s) tab, create a unique Registration Name. Using the student's name in the Registration Name is recommended.
  3. Click Select Student(s) and search for the student who will be taking the assessment.

  4. Click Add after you have selected the student.
  5. Click Select Form(s) and select the form(s) for the assessment in the window that displays.
    Note: Only the available ER forms will display. 
  6. Click Add.
  7. Click Register. You will see a confirmation message indicating that your Registration was successful. The forms you selected are now available in the Student Performance Data application as assessments, where Test Administrators will enter student results after administering Performance Tasks.
  8. Close the Registration Confirmation message. This registration will now appear under Existing Registrations. If this was the first registration created for the student, an SCS registration was also created automatically.
    Note: You will be prompted to complete a Student Characteristics Survey for each student in Student Performance Data before completing any of the student’s Engagement Rubric Forms
