All designated supports and accommodations must be applied prior to printing the test tickets. If a participant uses a test ticket that was printed prior to having their designated supports and accommodation applied, it may not be available when they sign in.
This method is preferred when printing tickets for specific participants or when reprinting tickets after designated supports and accommodation were added. One test ticket will be generated for each content area registration. That test ticket should be used for each session within the registration unless the test ticket is used as scratch paper. If the test tickets are used as scratch paper, a test ticket would have to be printed for each session.
This method works well for printing test tickets in mass. Reviewing the participant roster pages will ensure all designated supports and accommodations have been entered appropriately.
