A system may be running slower than normal, but available and functional. Example: The DRC INSIGHT Portal is taking longer than expected to load, but is functional. |
| Incident Resolved, Actively Monitoring | The system is back up and running at or near normal capabilities and we are actively monitoring that they continue to perform as expected. This message is typically used between an hour and a day after the issue is resolved depending on the issue, impact, and level of concern. |

The system is back up and running at or near normal capabilities. This message is typically used for multiple days after an incident depending on the issue, impact, and level of concern. |
| Informational Update |
This message is used when there is only a need for awareness. Example: If there is an issue with a specific Operating System version that may impact a student’s ability to use a device on that version. |
